Chongqing Airport Guide

The Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is 20 kilometers northeast of Chongqing city. The airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 for International flights and Terminal 2 for domestic flights. Chongqing offers 72-hour visa-free stay policy for citizens of 51 countries. Please be noted that Check-in counters for all domestic flights are closed 45 minutes before departure, international and regional flights including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan 60 minutes before departure. So arrange your hotel or cruise port pick up time accordingly.

Chongqing Cruise Port Guide

Chaotianmen Port is the starting point for most Yangtze River cruise ships. There are 18 piers/docks at Chongqing Chaotianmen Port. The No. 3, 7, 8, 11 piers are often Yangtze cruise ships to embark and disembark. Please be noted that the exact pier number for each ship is only available one or two days before sailing.  It takes about 40 minutes from Chongqing North Railway Station/Chongqing Jiangbei Airport to Chaotianmen, and 1 hour from Chongqing Jiangbei Railway Station to Chaotianmen.
