1. We provide good condition dual-licensed special vehicle with experienced chauffeur.
2. Our driver will pick you up with a sign with your name in arrival hall for airport pick up and at the front of the car window for hotel pick up.
3. Free waiting time for Hong Kong Airport pick up is 1 hour after landing, exceeding it will be charged waiting fee. Free waiting time for hotel pick up is 15 minutes, exceeding it will be charged waiting fee USD50/hour. Exceeds the waiting time will be charged by hourly fee, less than 1 hour charge 1 hour fee.
4. Free waiting at the border is 30 minutes, exceeding it will be charged waiting fee USD50/hour.
5. Prepayment is needed when booking is confirmed.
6. We will send your driver info 1 hour before service starts.
7. A child is considered an adult in the vehicle. Overloading is not allowed, if the passengers exceed the limit, our drivers will refuse to provide service and full charge apply in this situation.
8. Please inform in advance if you have some goods to put in the car, there will be extra charge for freight.
9. Please make sure you have valid visa to Mainland China, the full charge apply even if you are denied to enter Mainland China.
10. The transfer price is based on point to point service, if add one more stop or ask driver to travel on the designated route or tunnel, there will be extra charges.
11. Pets are NOT allowed to ride in the vehicles.
12. If baggage is over limit of the trunk and need to be put in seats area, the extra cost is RMB300.

The chauffeur’s name and mobile telephone number will be sent to you one day before the pickup via email.
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport terminal as you exit the secure area from your arriving gate or your hotel lobby gate, holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office +86 151 0108 7860 and we will assist you immediately.
When booking your reservation, please provide us with your flight information, usually there is no extra charge for flight delay. Our driver will track the arrival time of the flight and pick you up on time.
At airport, your chauffeur will wait for the passengers 60 minutes after flight arrival time. With your flight or train number, your chauffeur will track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time for any delays and early arrivals. For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes. There will be extra charge for additional waiting time.
Yes, the additional stops are charged per stop.
The Standard Service includes 100 kilometers of distance and 8 hours of time. There will be extra charge for extra km and hours.
