Delightcar Hong Kong airport transfer service already include the driver’s fee, and customers do not need to tip the driver.
2. What should I do if I encounter a flight delay?
The airport pick-up driver will follow the flight status and wait for the guest according to the flight landing time. Customers should also contact the driver immediately after arriving at the airport. We usually do not charge guests additional fees for longer waiting times due to flight delays. However, if the waiting time exceeds 20 minutes due to reasons other than flight delays, we may charge a surcharge.
