We can also provide private car services at other locations upon request.

Notes:

1. When cross China Immigration, passengers need to get off van with luggage
2.  Price includes car, driver salary, fuel and toll fee.
3. All are Toyota Alphard/Vellfire 7 seats vans which has can accommodate maximum 6 passengers (including baby).
4. 8 seats van is available with extra cost RMB100
5. Pick ups from Hong Kong and other cities near Guangzhou are also available, such as Panyu, Foshan, Shunde, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhongshan.
6. If the service is provided between 23:00pm – 7:00am, an additional overtime fee of CNY200 will be charged.
7. The rate is for point-to-point transportation. If additional pickup/drop-off points are added, an extra fee of CNY100-CNY200 per point will be charged.
8. When pick up, free waiting time is 30 minutes. If exceeds 30 minutes, a waiting fee of CNY250 per hour will be charged, with any part of an hour counting as a full hour.
9. Passengers are not allowed to carry items that are illegal under the laws. If such items are found, the service will be terminated immediately and the passenger will be required to pay the full fare.
10. 30 minutes free waiting when cross the border, if more than that a waiting fee of CNY250 per hour will be charged, with any part of an hour counting as a full hour.
11. If the driver arrives at the designated location at the scheduled time and the customer cancels the booking, the full fare must be paid.
12. Deposit is needed to guarantee your booking.
13. Send driver info, phone number and car plate one day in advance.
14. Free to cancel 24 hours in advance.

Additional Info

• If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended.
• Please ensure you have a valid visa or other required travel documents before booking our transfer service.
• All passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China must disembark with their luggage and cross the border on foot. After crossing, you can reboard the vehicle.
• Child seats are not provided.
• All surcharges such as waiting fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
