Travel tips
- Please note that a China visa is required to enter Zhuhai in mainland China (unless you are from a visa-free country).
- Immigration checks are required at both Hong Kong and Zhuahai border. For Hong Kong Immigration, you can complete the immigration process while riding in our vehicle; For Zhuhai Immigration, you need to take with your luggage off the car for immigration process.
- Prepare valid documents to Hong Kong/ Zhuhai, China. DelightCar is not responsible for any loss due to lack of valid document.
- Make sure no forbidden items in your luggage bag. Driver has the right to refuse passengers who take forbidden items.
- If your flight delay for a long time, we many arrange other van and driver to meet you. Keep your phone accessible is very important.
- It usually takes 10-15 minutes for custom clearance, but the officer may need further interview or open up the luggage bags which makes the whole journey longer.
