- Our driver can speak simple English.
- Standard service covers 8 hours of usage. Late-night services (10 PM–6 AM), or long-distance travel.
- Advance booking is recommended, with a deposit required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment can be made by credit card / PayPal (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).
- The extra charge will be 6000JPY/60mins (for more than 8 hours)
- If we do not hear from you within one hour of your reserved boarding time, your reservation will be canceled.
- English speaking guide can be provided with extra cost USD320 for 8 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- * 0% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 72 hours prior to your scheduled service date.
- * 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 48-24 hours prior to your scheduled service date.
- * 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel your service within 24 hours or No show.
