- For extension of hourly hire service, timing above 15 minutes will be billed according to price per hour.
- Estimated time of last minute booking arrival for vehicle will be around 20-30 minutes subject to availability.
- For transfer, waiting time more than 20 minutes but less than 45 minutes will be considered as 2-way charge.
- For transfer, waiting time more than 60 minutes will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3 hrs)
- For arrival transfer waiting time after flight landed, if more than 60 minutes but less than 90 minutes, will be considered as 2-way charge.
- For arrival transfer waiting time after flight landed, if more than 90 minutes, it will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3 hrs).

- For All Transfers (Airport Transfer/Point-to-Point), distance exceeding 23 KM will incur additional $15 charges (i.e: Changi Airport to Jurong/Tuas/Pioneer)
- Midnight surcharge is applicable from 23:00 to 06:59 hrs at $20 per transfer, for 13 seats above van $45 per transfer.
- We reserve the right to upgrade/change the vehicles at no additional charge.
