Yichang Sanxia Airport (YIH) is 26 km away from the city center of Yichang and 40 km from the Yichang Yangtze River cruise ports and 55 km away from the Three Gorges Dam. There is no direct shuttle bus between Sanxia Airport and cruise port. The best way to travel between airport and cruise port is private car transfer.

Now all Yangtze River cruise ships dock at Maoping Port (茅坪码头) in Zigui County (秭归县) for both disembarkation of downstream cruise and embarkation of upstream cruise. It is 60 km from Yichang city center and 70 minutes drive. We can arrange the transfer either from the port to Yichang City Center or to the Yichang Airport.

Hi, we 4 adults will be taking the Yangtze cruise from Chongqing to Yichang. On 25 Oct, we will depart after breakfast about 9am for Yichang East Station. We need to be at the station before 11am as we hope to catch the 11 or 12 noon train to Wuhan. We don’t need a guide, just a driver as we speak Mandarin. Thank you.
